Terms of Service

3.1 Beta Nature of Service.

The Platform is currently in a beta testing phase. As a beta participant, you acknowledge that: (a) the Platform may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features; (b) features, functionality, and the user interface may change substantially without notice; (c) the Platform may experience downtime or interruptions; and (d) CORE Coaching makes no guarantees regarding the stability, availability, or continuity of any beta feature.

3.2 No Warranty for Beta.

Beta access is provided “as-is” and without warranty of any kind. CORE Coaching expressly disclaims all warranties with respect to beta features.

3.3 Data Migration.

CORE Coaching will make reasonable efforts to preserve data you create during the beta period upon transition to the commercial Platform, but cannot guarantee that all data will be migrated. You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of any coaching content that is important to you.

3.4 Feedback.

By participating in the beta program, you grant CORE Coaching a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Platform for any purpose, including improving the Platform, without obligation or compensation to you.

3.5 Beta Access Restrictions.

Club activation links are issued exclusively for use by authorized staff of the designated club partner. Sharing your activation link with individuals outside your organization is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access.

4.1 Age Requirement.

The Platform is intended solely for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account, we will terminate that account.

4.2 Account Information.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.3 One Account Per Person.

Each individual may maintain only one active CORE Coaching account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions or feature limitations is prohibited.

4.4 Account Security.

You must notify CORE Coaching immediately at core.coaching.admin@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. CORE Coaching will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

5.1 Platform Is Not Directed at Minors.

The CORE Coaching Platform is designed for adult coaches and is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. Coaches may use the Player Profile features to record development information about players they coach, including youth players under 18. By using Player Profile features, you, as the account holder, acknowledge and agree that:

5.2 COPPA.

CORE Coaching complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Player Profile data is entered by adult coaches, not by the players themselves. If you believe a minor has directly submitted information to our Platform, contact us at core.coaching.admin@gmail.com.

6.1 Not Professional Advice.

AI-generated content on the Platform — including coaching suggestions, session recommendations, player development guidance, and archetype analysis — is provided for informational and professional development purposes only. It does not constitute professional coaching certification, accreditation, or licensed sports science advice.

6.2 Not a Substitute for Judgment.

You are solely responsible for all coaching decisions, on-field choices, and player management practices. CORE Coaching is not liable for any outcome — including player injury, performance, or wellbeing — resulting from decisions informed by AI-generated Platform content.

6.3 AI Accuracy.

AI models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate outputs. CORE Coaching does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content. You should apply your own professional judgment to evaluate all AI outputs.

6.4 Data Used by AI.

When you interact with the AI coaching assistant, your inputs and relevant profile data may be sent to third-party AI providers (currently Google LLC) as described in our Privacy Policy. By using AI features, you consent to this processing.

7.1 Platform Ownership.

The Platform, including its codebase, design, user interface, brand elements, assessment frameworks (including the Coach Philosophy Assessment and CORE Identity framework), AI system prompts, community features, and all platform-generated content (including coaching archetype reports and AI responses) are the exclusive property of CORE Coaching Soccer LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content.

You retain ownership of the coaching content you create on the Platform, including sessions, activities, game models, and coaching notes (“User Content”). By posting User Content to the Platform, you grant CORE Coaching a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and — where you have opted into community sharing — feature your User Content to other users of the Platform.

7.3 Community Content License.

When you choose to share User Content with the CORE Coaching community (such as through the Activity Library), you grant other users of the Platform a limited, non-commercial license to view and use that content for their own coaching practice. You represent that you have the right to grant these licenses with respect to any content you share.

7.4 Restrictions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its proprietary content without CORE Coaching's prior written consent.

7.5 Trademarks.

“CORE Coaching,” “CORE Coaching Soccer LLC,” “Coaching Identity Platform,” “Discover Who You Are. Coach With Confidence.,” and associated logos and marks are trademarks or trade dress of CORE Coaching Soccer LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without our prior written permission.

9.1 Free Tier.

CORE Coaching offers a free access tier with limited features as described on the Platform's pricing page. No payment information is required to access the free tier.

9.2 Paid Subscriptions.

Certain features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize CORE Coaching (via Stripe) to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected).

9.3 Cancellation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting core.coaching.admin@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.

9.4 Refund Policy.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at core.coaching.admin@gmail.com within 30 days of your initial annual subscription charge and we will issue a full refund. No refunds are issued for annual subscriptions after the 30-day period has elapsed. In all cases, your access to paid features continues through the end of your paid subscription period. Club and B2B licensing fees are governed by the terms of the applicable club licensing agreement and are not subject to this general refund policy.

9.5 Beta Period.

During the beta period, designated beta participants receive complimentary access to the Platform's full feature set. This access is provided at CORE Coaching's discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

9.6 B2B Club Licenses.

Club licensing agreements are governed by separate written agreements between CORE Coaching and the applicable club organization. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a club licensing agreement, the club licensing agreement controls with respect to the subject matter of that agreement.

14.1 By You.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting core.coaching.admin@gmail.com or using the account deletion feature in your Account Settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

14.2 By CORE Coaching.

CORE Coaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including without limitation if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice where practicable, except in cases of material violation where immediate termination is necessary.

14.3 Effect of Termination.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately terminate. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation Sections 7 (IP), 11 (Disclaimers), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Indemnification).

14.4 Data Retention Post-Termination.

Following account termination, CORE Coaching will retain your personal data for a period of 30 (thirty) days to facilitate account recovery requests, after which your personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy. User Content you have shared with the community library may persist in anonymized form.

15.1 Informal Resolution.

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact CORE Coaching at core.coaching.admin@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. CORE Coaching will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

15.2 Arbitration.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

15.3 Class Action Waiver.

You and CORE Coaching agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Entire Agreement.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable club licensing agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and CORE Coaching with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver.

CORE Coaching's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without CORE Coaching's prior written consent. CORE Coaching may assign these Terms freely in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.
